In terms of caviar, I’ve never eaten it and have never tried to cook or boil the eggs of a Beluga/Sturgeon fish .
I’ve cooked Tobiko , which are little fish eggs often obtained from Flying Fish, but I think it’s best not to fry them since the flavor changes and becomes less pleasant in my view.
With Manyung fish eggs , it’s a different story; this time, I prefer them fried in flour or fried with chicken eggs and cooked in an omelette.
Are you aware of the price of caviar?
Reading this question made me want to cry, but I forgot the tone.
