Why is it acceptable to eat caviar from sturgeons when most are endangered, but not to eat shark fin? New laws state that you have to take the whole shark to land, so they no longer cut and throw.

The majority of caviar is cultivated rather than wild. Which of these is safe?

The production of farmed caviar is tightly regulated. Caviar is produced on a large scale in France.

In Australia, sharks are protected. Why do you believe it is OK to remove shark fins and discard the entire fish? When they’re put back into the water, they’re not even dead. As a brutal and barbaric practice, it is right up there with whale hunting.
