Even though we had made a reservation, they did not have our names on file…they politely welcomed us into the gorgeous dining room and seated us at a lovely table for two. This marks the beginning of our delightful leisure meal in Provence!
There were just a few menu selections to pick from: a lunch menu as well as three different tasting menus were available. We went for the Vegetable selections, which were very delicious. The service is really refined and attentive.
My husband’s favorite part of the event was the cheese cart. A variety of cheeses from various areas of France are available. The colombier, saint. nectaire, blue cheese, and roquefort were among the cheeses we enjoyed.
Located at the lower border of the village of Les Baux, the restaurant is housed in a lovely hotel complex. Parking is available on the premises of the hotel or restaurant.
