Your presence is vital for my third return! It’s a fantastic site in the area of Orchard Road (the most prominent retail district in Singapore), and the cuisine is very delicious. We enjoyed a 4-course meal, and I must say that the cuisine there never ceases to surprise me.
This season, I was particularly taken with their ‘12.12.12’ (appetizer), which consists of 35 varieties of greens and flora, bedded with tomato and sour plum puree, and which I highly recommend. It’s a breath of fresh air! The Boston Lobster Capellini, which is infused with “Tom yum” taste, is the highlight of the day for me (a popular local Thai broth). It simply enhances the taste of the pasta by introducing different hot and sour notes. It goes well with the freshly caught Boston lobster, and I couldn’t be happier!
The environment is relaxed and calm, yet the staff is also really welcoming. This group of professionals knows exactly what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell that ensuring the satisfaction of their clients is their top concern. This Michelin-starred restaurant is worth its weight in gold for anybody who just wants the greatest gourmet meal possible, and you should really consider dining there! I’ll surely come returning for more in the future!
