The restaurant offers a wonderful ambience, as well as a magnificent interior design that sets the tone for high-quality service. As far as the food was concerned, it was excellent. The seafood that had been ordered was delicious, and the steak had been wonderfully prepared. The attitude of the workers was a source of disappointment. Although the restaurant was not very crowded, there was a distinct lack of care. It looked like the employees would rather be chatting to one another than paying attention to what was going on in the restaurant. It turned out that there was a problem with one of the products on the final bill – one that was priced according to weight (crab). When placing the purchase, we were not asked for a dollar amount, and when the package was arrived, there was no indication of how much we had gotten.
The staff claimed that we should have been informed of the amount of crab we would be given, however this was not the case at all. Although we had spoken with the manager, we were led to believe that the problem was our own fault rather than a mistake or oversight on their part. This is a restaurant where you must be very specific about what you want, be explicit in your request, and double-check that you are receiving what you ordered. There is absolutely no assistance from the employees. Other restaurants in the vicinity provide much better and more personable service than this one.
