Noguchi’s late dining is a time for celebration. There are pros and downsides to doing so. Not only are the customers having a good time, but so are the chefs, who are enjoying themselves with free flowing booze, as well. However, I believe that it is affecting the accuracy with which the execution is carried out.
In addition, I believe that Noguchi San is employing an increasing number of luxurious items, such as caviar, completely unnecessary.
Despite the fact that I thought the food was excellent overall, I will return for the earlier sitting next time.
