The atmosphere of the restaurant is reminiscent of a traditional Kyoto restaurant. Once you enter the eating room, you will see that everything is made of tatami. I received one of the freshest pieces of sashimi I’d ever tasted, which was combined with their incredible yuzu sauce. The course menu changes seasonally, and reservations are required. For the first time, I see a live fish trying to recover its breath as it is placed on a platter in front of me before being impaled and roasted in its natural state before my own eyes. It was a horrifying thing to see. The food, on the other hand, was really delicious.
