In one of the restaurants in Paris, you may have authentic Japanese sushi prepared in the traditional manner.
Appetizers were fusion Japanese dishes, which I assume were prepared by Chef Yannick. Those were some very unique and imaginative recipes that were just outstanding!
Chef Yannick used Japanese ingredients in each of his meals, and he handled them with great care.
The main dish of sushi, on the other hand, was prepared in a traditional manner and was really fantastic.
The service provided by the well-trained servers is likewise excellent here!
There was just one aspect about which I was dissatisfied, and that was when they opened a fresh bottle of sparkling water without asking us beforehand. This style of service does not sit well with me. Even if it is sparkling water, they should inquire as to whether the consumer would like a fresh one or not.
With or without this, I would have given them five stars.
Unfortunately, as a result of this, I am forced to settle for 4 stars….
However, here is one of the top Sushi restaurants in Paris to check out.
I would strongly suggest it.
