Sketch (The Lecture Room & Library) Reviews

The restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars. Sketch, located in London’s upscale Mayfair neighborhood, provides a stunning gastronomical experience. The one-of-a-kind restaurant is spread over four distinct areas, serving everything from tea and pastries to gourmet cuisine from France and Europe. After receiving its first Michelin Star and five AA Rosettes in 2005, the Lecture Room & Library has become a refined and elite dining destination in the city. The tasting and a la carte menus are prepared by three-Michelin-starred French master chef Pierre Gagnaire, and the restaurant’s outstanding wine list has been recognized with awards such as the Wine Spectator’s ‘Best Award for Excellence’ and the AA Guide’s Best UK Wine List. Gentlemen are expected to wear coats, and there is a sophisticated dress code in effect.’ The Gallery is a trendy and lively gastro-brasserie that has been awarded three AA Rosettes. The Gallery, which is surrounded by constantly changing site-specific video shows by rising artists and designers, also contains hand painted Julie Verhoeven chairs, which are available for purchase. There’s nothing quite like the wonderful atmosphere of The Glade’s Swarovski studded and sunset-strewn forest bar for a relaxing evening with friends. When you visit The Parlour, you will find elegant Louis XV seating in the patisserie, restaurant and bar that is unusual and unconventional. Breakfast, comfort food, and afternoon tea are all on the menu until the final drink before heading home.
