Villa René Lalique Reviews

If it were possible, I would give our evening a perfect score of 10 stars! As Lalique crystal enthusiasts would attest, the restaurant itself is really gorgeous. Aside from the breathtaking scenery, the excellent service and delectable cuisine elevated the evening. A three-hour lunch seemed to pass in a flash. Following the delectable amuse bouche, our first course was “The Perfect Egg,” which was absolutely delicious! A tiny soft boiled egg in a silver egg shell that did not appear to be real, but was in fact true to size. With teeny-tiny bread sticks to dip in the sauce. It’s so basic, but it’s so extravagant. I don’t want to bore you with every meal, but if you are anywhere near the restaurant, you should definitely go. And don’t forget to check out their equally impressive wine cellar.
