I had a terrific supper here – it was excellent in every aspect: the cuisine, the breeze, the service, the environment. I chose the tasting menu, which included pairings chosen by the sommelier; 12 courses with several “extras” thrown in, 7 wines, and ongoing conversations with waiters and the sommelier about each dish, including where the ingredients were sourced, how it was prepared, and where it got its inspiration. Exact instructions on how to organize a high-end gourmet experience are provided. For example, the llum olive oil (which is made fully in the dark) is a unique and unusual preparation method. It comes highly recommended.
