SingleThread Farm-Restaurant-Inn, a 55-seat fine dining restaurant with five luxury suites, has opened in the heart of downtown Healdsburg by one of the country’s most talented chefs, Kyle Connaughton, together with farmer and wife Katina Connaughton. The farm, which is set on 24 acres in the historic Dry Creek Valley, provides vegetables, fruit, herbs, flowers, honey, eggs, and olive oil to the restaurant’s kitchen. The farm also supplies the restaurant with eggs and olive oil. In the restaurant, guests may enjoy a tasting menu that features seasonal ingredients from the couple’s farm and is prepared by the chef.
