“With the reopening of the Schwarzwaldstube and Köhlerstube for the Whitsun weekend, our restaurants have found a permanent home,” says Heiner Finkbeiner, who is overjoyed with the reopening of the eateries.
Mr. Finkbeiner expressed his satisfaction with the job, saying, “The quality and speed of the work have been quite gratifying.” Communication among the sub-trades, as well as with the local artisans on the job site, was exceptionally effective and efficient. All participants were on the same level of expertise, and the teamwork was really professional. Overall, we are quite pleased with our temporary residence and with the work that has been done there. We were able to get out of a tough position swiftly as a result of the prompt and professional assistance we received. “The temporary is really popular with our visitors, and it is often fully booked.”
The reconstruction of the old Traube Tonbach headquarters is now on target to be completed by the end of 2021, according to the company’s website. Restaurants will be able to utilize the “temporaire” as a place to stay until the permanent location is found. Following this time of usage, the hall will be dismantled and rebuilt in a different location for a different purpose.
