Le 1947 Reviews

There are just five places available at Le 1947, a restaurant with three Michelin stars. The opulent Cheval Blanc hotel in Courchevel, the high-flying ski resort in the Savoyard Mountains, can accommodate a small number of customers, which is unusual in most restaurants. The luxuriating tasting meal, which did not include any drinks, was priced at €395 per person in winter 2017, thus the arithmetic may be applied to any possible loss. Attention to detail is elevated to a new level in the tiny environment, and you have a more direct relationship with your cuisine at Le 1947 restaurant. Other than being able to view the chefs at work, you will be shown a close-up of the complex delicacies that took days to produce and that you will be eating shortly after seeing the presentation.
